  • Mitchell Leadership Solutions, LLC was founded by U.S. Veteran Sam Mitchell, SPHR, M.S., MBA(c)—a business consultant with expertise in cross-cultural leadership, HR, finance, operations, and organizational culture. Shaped by diverse experiences, Sam leads with a human-centered, purpose-driven approach.

  • Sam started this movement after witnessing how workplaces rise or fall based on how leaders treat people. Her mission is to bring humanity, courage, and integrity back into leadership.
